End User License Agreement

1. Grant of Software License

By installing or using audio software products (in VST3, AU, AAX, or standalone formats) developed by Diaspora Plugins Inc. ("Licensor"), you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute and run the software according to this Agreement.

This license is granted exclusively to the original purchaser or verified account holder and does not constitute a transfer of title or ownership.

2. Seat Allocation & Machine Authorization

Unless explicitly designated as a Multi-User Enterprise License:

• Each single license key or subscription seat permits authorization on up to three (3) computers simultaneously, provided all authorized devices are owned and operated by the same primary licensee.
• Simultaneous operation on separate machines by different individual operators is strictly prohibited without additional licenses.
• Deauthorizations and seat transfers must be managed via the official Diaspora Central installer application or account dashboard.

3. Usage Restrictions & Reverse Engineering

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code, DSP algorithms, or impulse responses of the software.
• Bypass, disable, modify, or tamper with any digital rights management (DRM), license verification systems, or machine authorization protocols.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, host via cloud processing nodes, or commercially re-sell access to the software binary.
• Use raw sample sets or impulse responses bundled within the software to build competing software tools or sample packs.

4. Ownership & Audio Output Rights

Software Ownership: All rights, title, copyright, intellectual property, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of Diaspora Plugins Inc.

Audio Output Royalty Waiver: You retain complete ownership of all audio content, musical compositions, and sound recordings generated or processed using the software. No royalty or attribution is owed to Diaspora Plugins Inc. for commercial music releases or audio productions.

5. License Transfer Policy

Perpetual software licenses may be transferred to another user subject to our official License Transfer Fee ($20 USD per plugin).

Subscription licenses, promotional/NFR (Not For Resale) licenses, and educational tier licenses are non-transferable under any circumstances.

6. Agreement Termination

This agreement remains active until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to revoke license privileges immediately if you fail to comply with any section of this Agreement or engage in software piracy. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall all copies of the software from your systems.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. DIASPORA PLUGINS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING PERFORMANCE, DAW COMPATIBILITY, OR STABILITY ON NON-SUPPORTED HARDWARE PLATFORMS.
