Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using Diaspora Plugins services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or utilizing software, services, or websites operated by Diaspora Plugins Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our software or platform.

2. User Accounts & Authorization

To access downloads, license activations, or subscriptions, you must create a verified account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Account sharing or transferring license authorizations to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Software Licensing

All audio software provided by Diaspora Plugins is licensed, not sold. Granted licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Each perpetual or subscription license allows active authorization on up to three (3) personal workstations owned or controlled by the primary license holder.

4. Payments, Renewals & Cancellation

Perpetual Licenses: Sales of digital software products are final once license keys or installers are delivered, subject to applicable refund policies.

Subscriptions (All Access Pass): Recurring billing occurs automatically at the selected interval (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel subscription renewals at any time via your Account Dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, UI designs, DSP algorithms, audio presets, graphics, and documentation are protected by global copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any portion of Diaspora Plugins software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Diaspora Plugins provides software "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Diaspora Plugins Inc. be liable for lost profits, data loss, audio project corruption, or indirect damages resulting from software use or host DAW incompatibility.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our software or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
