macOS Requirements
Apple Silicon & Intel Supported- OS Version: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or newer (macOS 14/15/16 recommended).
- Architecture: Native Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4 Series) & Intel Core i5/i7/i9.
- RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB or higher recommended for neural DSP plugins).
- Formats: VST3, Audio Units (AU v2/v3), AAX Native 64-bit.
Windows Requirements
64-bit Systems Only- OS Version: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit build 1909 or higher).
- CPU: Intel 8th Gen Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3000 series or newer with AVX instruction support.
- RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended).
- Formats: VST3 64-bit, AAX Native 64-bit.
Supported Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs)
Diaspora Plugins are thoroughly tested against major host environments. Any DAW supporting 64-bit VST3, AU, or AAX plugins is compatible.

Internet Connection
An active internet connection is required for initial product download and seat authorization through the Diaspora Central Hub. Once authorized, offline operation is fully supported.
Legacy Format Notice
Diaspora Plugins no longer builds or maintains legacy VST2 (32-bit or 64-bit) binaries. All modern releases prioritize optimized VST3 architecture and Apple Silicon native compilation.
